About these terms
These terms govern use of the Rhyos website and its private staff area. The contracting Rhyos legal entity, registered address, contact details, and governing law must be added before launch. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and consistently with these terms.
Research information, not medical advice
Public material describes early-stage research interests and working methods. It is not medical advice, a diagnostic service, a clinical claim, or a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Do not make healthcare decisions based on this website.
Accuracy and availability
Rhyos aims to keep public information clear and accurate but does not promise that every page is complete, current, or error-free. Research direction and website availability may change. Unconfigured services are shown as unavailable rather than simulated.
Acceptable use
You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or harmful material, probe private systems, overwhelm forms, impersonate another person, or use automated means in a way that harms Rhyos or other visitors.
Contact messages
The contact form is for genuine enquiries. A browser confirmation means only what it says: an unconfigured form sends nothing, and a receiver confirmation does not prove that a person has read or accepted the message. Do not submit confidential, clinical, or urgent material. See the Privacy Policy for data handling.
Private staff area
Staff access is invitation-only. Credentials and sign-in links must not be shared. Access may be withdrawn, expire, or be limited by the company-controlled identity and records service. A visible interface does not itself grant authorization to any record.
Intellectual property and links
Unless stated otherwise, the website’s text, design, software, and original visual material belong to Rhyos or its licensors. You may view the site for ordinary personal or business evaluation, but may not misrepresent, republish, or commercially exploit it without permission. External links are provided for convenience; their operators control their own content and terms.
Liability and changes
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided without guarantees and Rhyos is not responsible for losses caused by reliance on preliminary public information, interruptions, or third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Rhyos may update these terms when the site changes.
